first brew is a batch of mock Fat Tire. didn't realize Fat Tire was a belgian beer, and so I used british yeast rather than the recommended belgian variety. ah well -- good color to the beer. no fucking clue how it's gonna taste. right now it is is waiting for its 4 pm sugar fix and a trip to the brown home of a beer bottle. it'll get all that sometime this week.
next planned batch either a cherry or cranberry stout. as we all know, when it doubt, go to Stout. If not there, try Eau Claire.
